| Mounting Instructions |

Determine where you want to display your jersey. |
| 2. |
Hold the mounting base to the wall and make two marks on the wall through holes (hold mount as level as possible). |
| 3. |
Remove mounting base and drill holes on spots marked. If you are using the included wall anchors (good for drywall) use a 3/16 size drill bit. If mounting directly into a stud or other material use a drill bit the same size as the screw. |

Insert wall anchors (drywall only). Be sure they are flush to the wall. |
| 5. |
Use included screws through 2 large holes and attach mounting base to the wall. Secure firmly. |
| 6. |
Slide rod through mounted base. |
| 7. |
Hang jersey on rod. Center rod and jersey in respect to mounting base. |
| 8. |
Place cap on base. |

| Installation Hints |

If rod is too long you can easily shortened by using a hack saw or pipe cutting tool to desired length. Simply cut the bar and replace the end cap. |

For best display results the cross bar should be 1-2 inches shorter than the measurement from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. If rod is too long you can easily shortened by using a hack saw or pipe cutting tool to desired length. Simply cut the bar and replace. |

| Ultra Mount II – Mounting Instructions for Displaying in a Case |
| 1. |
Locate where in the case you would like the mounting base to be located. |
| 2. |
In that location hold the mounting base to the back of the case make two marks on the case through holes (hold mount as level as possible). |

Remove mounting base and drill holes on spots marked. Use a 1/8 size drill bit. |
| 4. |
Insert cross bar into mounting base. Place mounting base and cross bar in the case (where holes have been drilled) and secure mounting base from the back of the frame using included machine screws. Do not over tighten. |
| 5. |
Place jersey on cross bar. Center jersey and cross bar. |
| 6. |
Once the cross bar is centered tighten set screw on the front of the mounting base to keep cross bar from shifting back and forth. |
| 7. |
Place cap on base. If loose use a little white glue to secure. |
